Yesterday was the Read Across America Day. What happened: Biden didn’t mention famous American author of children books - Dr. Seuss.
Fox News (conservative channel) have accused Biden of breaking this tradition. Because "racist propaganda, caricatures, and harmful stereotypes" present in Seuss' work.
I was not reading Dr. Seuss books when I was a kid - I was reading mostly Russian and European authors. To be fair as an adult I have lot of questions to some authors as well.
I found interesting to share with you the alternative interpretation of famous kids book I found on Jimmi Kimmel Live.
It is controversial I understand. And I should probably write about it: "Which books I would prefer don’t read before 6 y.o." Because it is all influence our lives sometime more that we think. In some cases it could create model-behavior or lifelong fairytail.
